My dream house
Flowers...
I dug out the rocks and weeds out of the whiskey barrel on the deck and planted some Dahlias and a Daisy. Have some more room in there but need to buy more flowers :).
Got this new citronella candle at K-Mart, thought it was super cute!
My pink Dahlia's in a different pot. They are gorgeous! This is my first time growing them.

Brownville Flea Market
My new wicker chair, nice seat base so hopefully it won't break!
My pretty new quilt.
If anyone knows what style/the age of this quilt that would be very helpful. I know nothing about quilts.
My 2 new Pyrex dishes.
My FREE find on the way home.
The back of the truck loaded up with our finds.
The stage in one of the buildings.
Taking a break in the shade by some plants for sale.
The town had gorgeous old houses all along main street.
And some were a little rundown :)
Getting ready to start down the long main drag!
Mid morning snow cone break. With my friend Pam who loves to go to flea markets as well.
I thought these were beautiful! Made close to home in Weeping Water!

Had a great time at the Brownville, NE flea market Saturday! I will post the pictures soon. Now I have a new dilemma, where to work on my projects at? :(

1st blog ever!
So I really don't have much to say that I think anyone would want to read about... yet :) Wanted to create a blog to be able to follow blogs of things I'm interested in: junking, antiques, pets, country living, old houses and buildings, history & ancestry. I am hoping to go to the Brownville, NE flea market next Saturday for the first time :).
Getting close to finishing my degree (speech language pathology) and excited to be able to focus on more enjoyable things than school for awhile.
